- Free delivery and collection within the town/holiday resorts limits of Nicosia, Larnaka, Limassol, Pafos, Ayia Napa and Protaras when vehicle is delivered and returned in the same location.
- For rentals 3-6 days a charge may apply for delivery and/or collection in a different location and clients will be advised at the time of booking if applicable.
- For one way rentals under 3 days a delivery/drop off charge is applicable and client will be advised at the time of booking of the appropriate charge depending on distance and category of vehicle.

A deposit payable for a full tank of fuel on delivery of car, is refundable if the car is returned with a full tank. |

For drivers under 25 years of age who have had a full driving licence under 3 years at the time of rental, we must be advised at time of reservation in order to arrange insurance coverage for them. |

Cars listed are examples only. The right is reserved to supply an alternative car in the same or higher group when the reserved car is not available. |

Child seats, booster seats, roof racks and other additional items may be provided on request at extra cost.

Cancellations upto 2 days before rental pickup are free of charge, for all others a cancellation fee may apply. |

- Young drivers charges for drivers under 25 years old with less than 3 years full licence available on request.
- Child/booster seat @ EURO €15.00 per rental.
- Roof/Ski Rack @ EURO €20.00 per rental.
- Gps from @ EURO €5 per day, Weekly EURO €25 with maximum charge per rental EURO €40.
- PAYMENT METHOD: For all groups a valid Credit Card accepted by PA Autonation (Rentals) Ltd, must be shown for all necessary pre-authorization amounts as well as pre-payments and settlement of final rental charges.
- TRAFFIC FINES: All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.
- REFUELLING SERVICE CHARGE: €20.00
- BABY SEATS: Available on request with a daily charge of €3.
- GPS: Available on request with a daily charge of €8.
- COLLECTION / DELIVERY: Every collection or delivery which does not take place at a PA Autonation (Rentals) Ltd location shall be charged €15 (city rate). Outside the city limits the charge shall be €30 each way. The charge for every delivery or collection Outside Working Hours is €20.
- ONE WAY RENTALS: Applicable between PA Autonation (Rentals) Ltd locations following a written authorization and a special charge agreement with PA Autonation (Rentals) Ltd.
- TAXES: All rates and charges mentioned above are subjected to V.A.T.
- TAKING YOUR VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY: Vehicles must not be taken out of the country or rental or to the Northern Part of the Island of Cyprus. If you have a corporate or contracted agreement with us the charges and conditions may be different. Please check your contracted terms and conditions.
- DRIVERS LICENSE AND ID REQUIREMENTS: Each driver must show photographic proof of identify at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 3 years. If you have a corporate or contracted agreement with us the requirements may be different.
